Westerman. I was made aware of Scott's blog last year by friend,
fellow law enforcement trainer and Michigan State Alumni Bruce
Sokolove. Thanks Coach Sok.
Scott has been a broadcaster, cable television executive
and entrepreneur. In 2010 he joined Michigan State University
Alumni Association as Associate Vice President for Alumni Relations
and Executive Director. He is a 1978 graduate of Michigan State
University.
in 2010 Scott published The Spartan Life. This great book is a
collection of a few of Scott's blog posts. Scott describes The
Monday
Motivator as a weekly e-mail exercise where each Sunday afternoon
he turns to the keyboard to find something inspirational to share
with my MSUAA team.
The stories Scott writes about are inspirational, motivational and
educational. They are applicable to each of our lives and you do
not have to be a Michigan State Spartan to appriciate his writings.
I highly recommend people read this book and subscribe to Scott's
blog. You can order the print version of the book at
www.scottwesterman.com. You can sign up for the blog while you are
there.
You can get the Kindle version of the book at www.amazon.com.
While you are at www.amazon.com you can also order a Kindle version
of If I Knew Then: Life Lessons From Cops on the Street.
P.S. If you are in Calgary and looking for a personal fitness
trainer my son Jesse is now back in the fitness business at
Crossfit Ramsey.
Jesse is still available for wine tastings, scotch tastings and
beer tasting
for your corporate or home based event. Contact him at
jesse@vinearts.ca for details. You can check out his blog at
