In the early 1990's I began studying ways in which we could more effectively harness the power of the mind to enhance performance. My initial purpose was to enhance the mental preparation training I was providing to law enforcement officers. The study led me to look into the world of sports psychology, imagery, visualization, hypnosis, and NLP. In the late 1990's I took training and certification in hypnosis, hypnotherapy sports hypnosis and forensic hypnosis. I subsequently developed programs on Performance Enhancement Imagery and since then have worked with thousands of law enforcement officers, athletes at all of levels and from numerous sports and individuals seeking to improve their performance in a variety of areas. I also practiced hypnotherapy for over a decade until my travel schedule forced me to move away from the hypnosis practice. In that time I had the very rewarding experience of helping hundreds of people take back control of their lives.
Many of you have asked about training in imagery and hypnosis so I wanted to share dates, locations and links for three upcoming training programs for those of you who would like to learn to harness the tremendous power of the mind.
April 14 to 20, Wally Muller (a very close friend, one of the best hypnotists in North America and in my opinion the best hypnosis instructor in North America) will be running a hypnosis certification course in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

June 25 to 28, I will be running an Excellence in Training Course in Leesport, Pennsylvania. The Performance Enhancement Imagery program is part of this course.
Take care.
