On November 18, 2015 Roy Bethge from The Virtus Group and I ran an event in Lisle, Illinois called WINx: Inspiring Excellence in Law Enforcement. It was formatted on the TEDx events. We had 9 speakers each of whom had 18 minutes to give there presentations. We were fortunate to have a powerful lineup of speakers who put a great deal of time and energy into their
preparation. We had all the talked videoed and are having them edited right now. We will be releasing them all over the coming weeks.
