My mission with the W.I.N. Newsletter and W.I.N. Wednesday blog is to serve you by providing content that is of value to you. I do not want to be constantly trying to sell you something or ask for something from you.

Occasionally however, I need to ask for your help. Today is one of those occasions.

On November 18, 2015 my friend and mentor Roy Bethge and I, along with the help of a lot of amazing people, ran the first ever WINx: inspiring Excellence in Law Enforcement event in Lisle, Illinois. 

We had 9 speakers who each gave an 18 minute TEDx style talk. We video taped all the presentations and began releasing one every two weeks starting on January 11. My talk on Life's Most Powerful Question was the first video we released. 

Our goal is to get the YouTube video to 5,000 views by January 24 at midnight. I know that is an ambitious goal. This is where you can help. If each of you watched the video, then shared it with your friends, family and colleagues on Facebook, Twitter and by e-mail and if just one of your friends watched it we would be able to surpass our goal.
