Dare To Be Great Leadership 2.0: Continuing the Journey of Building a Culture of Leading, Learning and Excellence
After completing the Dare to Be Great: Strategies for Creating a Culture of Leading workshop and implementing what they learned many people asked, “What’s next?” They were looking for more tools, tactics and strategies to implement in their journey of creating a great culture in their piece of their organization, and in their organization as a whole. This desire to learn more was
the inspiration for Dare to Be Great Leadership 2.0: Continuing the Journey of Building a Culture of Leading, Learning and Excellence.
For those who participated in Dare to be Great: Strategies for Creating a Culture of Leading this workshop will serve to build on those strategies and continue the journey to great culture. Dare to Be Great Leadership 2.0 can also serve as a stand-alone workshop for leaders looking for help in their journey to building great culture in their teams and
organizations.
Dare To Be Great Leadership: Strategies to Help Frontline Supervisors Build the Foundations
of a Culture of Leading, Learning and Excellence
Frontline supervisors are in arguably the most influential leadership positions in any organization. Frontline supervisors and the people they lead make up the vast majority of the employees in most organizations. They are the face and the future of the organization. They are also the foundation of the organization. Without a strong foundation structures and organizations are at
risk of collapsing.
This two-day workshop addresses key strategies for building a culture of leading, learning, and excellence at the foundational level of your organization. This program combines the core elements of Dare to Be Great: Strategies for Creating a Culture of Leading and Dare To Be Great Leadership 2.0: Continuing the Journey of Building a Culture of Leading, Learning and Excellence
into a two day workshop focused on frontline leaders. For law enforcement agencies Field Training Officer’s are frontline supervisors, yet they often receive little or no leadership training.
I am also working on a 5 day course that will blend the leadership elements of Dare To Be Great Leadership:
Strategies to Help Frontline Supervisors Build the Foundations of a Culture of Leading, Learning and Excellence with the training elements covered in the three day Excellence in Training course. This course will be targeted at frontline leaders, who generally do not get training on how to teach and coach, and
trainers (academy, in-service and field trainers) who generally do not get leadership training. These groups are in what is arguably the most influential leadership positions in any agency yet they rarely get together to learn and share while breaking down the silos and expanding the tribe of leaders and trainers.
If you are interested in hosting any of these courses please reach out to me and we will work to set it up.
Take care and remember What’s Important Now? - Embrace the Struggle, Embrace the Suck, Look for the Learning, Look for the Good, Dare to Be Great.
